Four fishermen have been rescued after their boat overturned about 1.5 nautical miles off shore of Willows in Port Elizabeth.
The National Sea Rescue Institute says all four fishermen were uninjured and have been brought ashore
NSRI spokesperson, Craig Lambinon, says attempts were made to right the craft but this was unsuccessful.
He says its also not clear how a rumour started that a small plane had crashed into the sea.
