Eastern Cape Rural Development and Agrarian Reform MEC, Zoleka Capa will officially hand over the Province's first communal sheep breeding centre in Engcobo on Tuesday.
The department says it has invested in developing fully-fledged breeding centres, aimed at helping communal farmers with the provision of quality livestock.
Capa will hand over 100 Dohne Merino ewes and 60 Dohne Merino rams to help the farmers produce their own quality rams.
