A former security guard is the third person to be arrested for a dramatic robbery at at a cash and carry store in Bizana in the Eastern Cape which left four people dead.
Hawks Eastern Cape spokesperson, Captain Anelisa Feni, says 35-year-old Mandisa Yothana appeared in court last week in connection with the armed heist at Rhino Cash and Carry.Two security guards were shot dead when four suspects entered the store on the First of the month and stole around R90 000.
Two of the robbers were later killed in a shootout with police on the outskirts of Bizana.
Feni says Yothana, a former security guard at the cash and carry store, will join two other suspects in court again next Tuesday when they're expected to apply for bail.
