Three people have been killed when a bakkie overturned on the R-61 in the Eastern Cape.
Provincial traffic spokesperson, Tsepo Machaea, says two women and a man were killed when the Ford Ranger overturned on Sunday night.
Four other people were injured in the accident on the road between Aberdeen and Beaufort West.
He says its believed the vehicle suffered a tyre burst.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
Several other accidents have been reported across the province Monday morning but no fatalities were reported.
