Police in Despatch are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a 32-year-old man died after losing control of his vehicle and overturning on the R75 earlier on Wednesday.
Spokesperson, Captain Gerda Swart, says members arrived at the scene after 5 am to find a Volkswagen Polo overturned near the Kudu Sub Station.
The passenger, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to a local hospital for medical attention.
Swart says the identity of the deceased will be released once his next of kin are informed of his death.
