East London police have appealed for help in tracking the gunmen who shot and killed a former attorney in Amalinda.
Police have yet to identify the man who was believed to have been employed by the provincial administration in Bhisho.
Police captain Mluleki Mbi says the 47-year-old man was found lying in a pool of blood outside his Amalinda home on Sunday night at around 9pm.
He says at this stage the motive seems to be robbery as the house in Jennings Road had been ransacked.
Anyone who may have information that can assist the investigation should call their nearest police station.
