Eastern Cape police have arrested three suspects for allegedly forcing a woman in Adelaide to insert her bank card into an ATM to clone it.
Spokesperson, Colonel Sibongile Soci says it is alleged that three men, aged between 30 and 38, then fled in a red Datsun sedan in the direction of Bedford.
Police were immediately contacted and they assisted in apprehending the perpetrators in Bedford.
Soci says three bank cards and a cloning device were confiscated.
The suspects appeared in the Adelaide Magistrate's Court on Friday.
They will be profiled to determine if they could be linked to other similar cases in the Province.
