EC passes open to traffic again

Easern Cape provincial traffic says several passes are now open to traffic after being closed due to snow.

The provincial transport department says one lane of the Penhoek Pass between Jamestown and Aliwal North is open.

All other passes have now been open.

However, department spokesperson, Ncedo Kumbaca, says only the Barkley Pass remains closed while Algoa FM News has learnt that the Kraai River Pass between Lady Grey and Barkley East remains closed.
