Four people are still missing after a minibus plunged into the Bashe Rivier at Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape on Saturday night.
Police Spokesperson, Lieutenant-Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela says the body of a 19 year old woman was found a few kilometers away from the accident scene this morning, bringing the death toll to 3.
The victims were members of a group returning home after attending a church service.
Police were unable to continue the search yesterday due to high and dangerous water levels.
The search resumed this morning with the assistance of community members.
Fatyela says a man, two women and a three year old girl are still missing.
