Port Elizabeth Police have identified the body of woman brutally stabbed to death nearly two months ago.
Police spokesperson, Captain Johan Rheeder says she was identified over the weekend as 24-year old Nicole Rodrigues.
He says the body was found by children in Pienaar street behind the Gelvandale High School in February.
Rheeder says the decomposed body with several stab wounds was wrapped in a black bag.
No arrests have yet been made.
Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact Gelvandale SAPS.
