EC man arrested for raping his daughter

 An Eastern Cape man appeared in court on Monday for the rape of his teenage daughter who is now said to be pregnant.

Police spokesperson, Captain Jackson Manatha, says the 54 year old man was arrested on Friday.

He says its alleged that the man had raped his 17-year-old daughter between May and June this year.

Manatha says the man has not been granted bail and the man remains in custody.
