A policeman is among 25 people who've been arrested for various crimes in the Eastern Cape.
Police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Mzukisi Fatyela, says a constable was arrested in Lusikisiki on Wednesday for driving a car that had been reported stolen.
He will appear in court on Friday.
Fatyela also says that 10 men have been arrested for the illegal possession of firearms in Majola near Port St Johns.
He says during the raid early on Thursday morning, police seized 12 firearms and ammunition.
