Pre-sentencing arguments gets underway in the Butterworth Magistrate's Court on Wednesday in the trial of a man considered to be one of the country's worst serial killers.
On Tuesday, 39-year-old Bulelani Mabhayi pleaded guilty to 20 charges of murder, six of rape and 10 of house-breaking with intent to commit a crime.
These relate to his reign of terror in the Tholeni Village near Butterworth which goes back to 2008.
Women and children were among his victims.
The National Prosecuting Authority says they're happy with the outcome of the case.
