The Eastern Cape Premier Phumulo Masualle and all his MEC's will be in Buffalo City Metro on Thursday as part of Executive council outreach programme.
According to a statement from the Premier's office, this is the second Outreach programme in the current term of government, after a successful EXCO Outreach programme in the Sara Baartman District Municipality.
Bhisho says it these Outreach's will be rolled-out to all other districts and metro's in the province during the year.
According to the Premier the main aim of the Exco outreach programme is to provide opportunities for a speedier delivery of services, identify and address quick-wins that will provide immediate impact to the lives of the poor.
Masualle recently axed mayor, Zukiswa Ncitha and replaced her with Alfred Mtsi.
