Eastern Cape premier's office the worst in the country

Eastern Cape premier, Noxolo Kiviet, has fared the worst of all the premiers according to a report by the Public Service Commission.
The Commission recently released its consolidated monitoring and evaluation report on the offices of the premier.
It found that the best performer among the nine premier's offices was the Western Cape which attained an 82% rating against the average of 61%.
Gauteng received 77% and Northern Cape 64%.
The poorest performer was the office of Eastern Cape premier, Noxolo Kiviet, which received a rating of just 47% which meant the PSC considers her performanceadequate.
