An Eastern Cape man is expected to appear in court on Friday in connection with the mutilation of his nephew.
Police spokesperson, lieutenant-colonel Mzukisi Fatyela, says the 42-year-old man was handed over to police by local residents who allegedly found the teenager's private parts in the man's wallet.
He says the suspect later took police to the Malande Forest where they found the youth's mutilated body.
Fatyela says several body parts were found close to the torso.
