Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga says there's been good progress made in government intervention in the Eastern Cape and Limpopo.
Speaking in Pretoria on Tuesday, Motshekga said the government intervention in Limpopo is being led by the national treasury while her department is leading the process in the Eastern Cape.
She says any decision to withdraw government support in Limpopo must be taken in conjunction with Treasury while her department can make the call in the Eastern Cape.
"From the last meeting we had in March our view is that things are indeed improving but there was no talk as of yet in withdrawing, because there are still things happening" Motshekga said.
