East London women arrested for possession of drugs

Eastern Cape police have arrested 2 women in Middledrift near King Williams Town for being in possession of drugs worth R25 000.
Spokesperson, Luietenant Nkosikho Mzuku says police pulled over the women's vehicle on Sunday afternoon after receiving a tip-off, and found 50 mandrax tablets and 14 arms of dagga.
They also confiscated their Toyota sedan.
Mzuku says the suspects, aged 33 and 42 from Parkside, East London will appear in the Middledrift Regional court soon.
