East London police have arrested three suspects in connection with a house robbery in the Beacon Bay area.
Captain Stephen Marais says the suspects were tracked down via a tracking device in an I-Pad, stolen during a robbery on Wednesday
He says the suspects aged between 22 and 24, were tracked down within in a few hours and arrested on the Parkside bridge and at Vincent Park Shopping Centre.
Marais says the suspects will appear in court on Friday on various charges of house breaking, theft and possession of an unlicenced firearm.
The 22 year old suspect faces an additional charge of attempted murder, after police came under fire during the chase.
Marais says one suspect is still at large, but an arrest is expected soon.
