Police in East London are searching for a woman who has been reported missing.
Estie Anne Rudolph was last seen when she left her home last night to visit a friend.
Police Spokesperson Captain Stephen Marais says 36 year old Estie Anne Rudolph told her mother that she was going to sleep at a friend's house, and left her two year old son in her care.
She promised to be home before her son wakes up but never showed up. Her friend also had no knowledge of the supposed sleepover.
Marais says her phone has since been turned off, and she deleted her Facebook profile.
She was driving her mother's vehicle - a red 2012 Kia Sedan - FYD 002 EC
Police were conducting an air search for the vehicle today.
