The East London Central Local Football Association has been rocked by the passing of one of their top senior football administrators.
52-year-old Dexter Fredericks died on Saturday evening after succumbing to injuries sustained in a car accident a week earlier.
He was a life time loyal Seagulls executive member and was the honorary life president of Rovers Legends Football club.
He is survived by his wife Reena and son Boetie.
A memorial service is planned for Dexter for Thursday at 6.30pm at the John Bisseker Hall and the funeral is set to take place on Saturday.
