Police are investigating a case of murder after a man collapsed at the door of his family home on Monday.
Spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge says 33-year-old Gurshen Elrich Jacobs was walking back to his house in Tarrentaal Street, Reservoir Hills in Despatch in the early hours of the morning.
He had open wounds to his chest and head and managed to tell his family members that he had been stabbed.
Jacobs collapsed and died moments later.
Captain Beetge says anyone who may have information that can assist the police is asked to contact the Despatch Detectives branch.
