Members of the Anti-Gang Unit in Port Elizabeth seized a consignment of drugs and cash in a raid on a house in Bethelsdorp on Wednesday.
Police said after searching the property in Barberry Street they found 1 180 Mandrax tablets, packets of Tik which had been stashed in the kitchen and backyard.
Spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, said a substantial amount of cash was also seized, while the drugs have an estimated street value of R66 000.
She said “no arrests were made”, but an enquiry docket was opened for further investigation.
