Eastern Cape Police are looking for the driver of a Toyota Sedan who fled the scene of a fatal accident on the N2 on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for Provincial Traffic Khuselwa Rantjie says a minibus taxi and Toyota Sedan collided on the road between East London and King Williams Town.
She says one male passenger from the taxi was killed in the accident.
A case of culpable homicide has been opened by police who have also launched a search for the driver.
The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
