Police in Port Elizabeth is looking for three suspects who stole 30 cell phones during a hijacking in the city on Monday.
Spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says a 26-year-old driver working for a courier company was busy with deliveries at Cleary park when he was confronted by three men.
According to the complainant he was threatened with a firearm and forced back into the bakkie.
The men then took the keys of his vehicle and his two cellphones. They drive off with the bakkie and stopped at 3rd avenue in Cleary Estate to offload the stock.
Janse van Rensburg says approximately 30 phones to the value of R30 000 were taken before they drove off in a white Ford.
The complainant was not injured and no arrests have been made.
