Deputy President, David Mabuza won't be sworn in as an MP for the 6th democratic Parliament today.
The ANC says in a statement that Mabuza asked for a postponement which the party granted.
It says the postponement was requested in the wake of a report by the ANC Integrity Commission.
The outcome suggests that Mabuza allegedly prejudiced the integrity of the ruling party and brought the organisation into disrepute.
National Assembly Speaker - Baleka Mbete and Malusi Gigaba also withdrew from the ANC's parliamentary list on Tuesday.
