Three men have been arrested after they were found in possession of dagga outside Beaufort West.
Police stopped and searched their VW Polo at a roadblock on the N1 when they noticed it had no number plates.
Police Captain Malcolm Pojie says they found about 140 kg of dagga, with an estimated street value of R140 000.
The men, from Gugulethu, Cape Town, and aged between 33 and 48, are expected to appear in the Beaufort West Magistrate's Court soon.
