The Democratic Alliance has called for Nelson Mandela Bay's Integrated Public Transport System to be stopped.
DA MP, Ian Ollis, said on Wednesday they have a five point plan that should be implemented to fix the troubled transport system.
He says one of the key issues is for the steering committee managing the project to consist of a multi-party group and not just ANC councillors.
Ollis has also called for greater public participation in the process.
"We want public participation some of these routes, the public has only become aware of them when they see the construction happening on the road, because the public participation is so poor" Ollis said
