The Democratic Alliance in Buffalo City says its disappointed with the state of the city address by executive mayor, Zukiswa Ncitha on Friday.
She delivered her maiden policy speech, where key service delivery issues were highlighted, including the need for housing delivery and the provision of other services like electricity to poorer communities.
But, DA caucus leader in Buffalo City Metro, Kobus Botha, says the executive mayor did not clearly spell out the reasons for the failure of service delivery in the metro.
