The Democratic Alliance in the Eastern Cape says the prospects of a free and fair by-election in Nelson Mandela Bay this month is under threat.

This, after ANC members allegedly occupied the Kuyga Community Hall on Sunday, where DA leader, Helen Zille, was due to speak.

The ANC claims that it had booked the hall before the DA.
