Cops get counselling following brutal murder in Mossel Bay

A 30-year old suspect will appear in the Mossel Bay Regional Court on Wednesday on a charge of murder after a resident from Mossel Bay was murdered in his apartment on Friday night.
Police members discovered the lifeless body of the victim who was identified as Daniel Bekker on Sunday morning.
The Mossel Bay Detective Services arrested a man and a woman and detained them for questioning on Monday after the murder of a 55-year old resident from Heiderand on Friday night.
The victims throat was slit with a knife. The woman suspect was released after which police members arrested the man on a charge of murder.
Police members who were at the victims apartment will receive counselling due to the horrific murder scene.
