Child found at bottom of pool outside Port Elizabeth

A four-year old boy drowned at Three Pools near the Willows outside Port Elizabeth on Sunday. 

The child was part of a group of Helenvale children who visited the resort on a day-outing.

His body was found at the bottom of the main pool after he had wandered off.

Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Alwin Labans told the newspaper that the children had been accompanied by two adults.

The name of the boy will be released after his next-of-kin had been informed.
