A Cape Town nurse is expected to appear in the Goodwood Magistrate's Court on Wednesday for allegedly forcing her boyfriend's mistress to eat dog faeces.
Elizabeth Williams was arrested on Friday last week after a video showed her instructing the woman to eat the faeces from a bag. The four minute video was widely shared on social media.
She faces charges of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, crimen injuria and intimidation.
National Prosecuting Authority regional spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila confirmed that two more people may join her in the dock.
Williams has been in custody since her arrest.
She reportedly works at Tygerberg Hospital.
