Two men are expected to appear in the Butterworth Magistrates Court on Monday for allegedly killing a teenager before dumping his body in a pit toilet.
Police spokesperson Captain Siphokazi Mawisa says the suspects, aged 31 and 65 were arrested at the Zagwityi location last week.
She says the men were arrested four days after the 12-year-old victim's body was found inside a pit toilet with multiple stab wounds.
Captain Mawisa says police responded quickly and followed up on valuable information which led to the arrests.
The motive for the murder is not yet known and the name of the victim has not been released.
