A brutal knife attack outside a restaurant in Great Brak River has left three people hospitalised.
Police spokesperson Sergeant Lauriane Botha says the incident happened around 01:30 am on Saturday in the OpiSpoor Restaurant & Pub parking area.
She says a preliminary investigation suggests the suspects were drinking at the restaurant before closing.
Two men and one woman were stabbed more than 25 times during the altercation with the two suspects, aged 20 and 29.
Sergeant Botha says two of the victims are staff members at the restaurant.
She says the suspects are in police custody and will appear in court on Monday on attempted murder charges.
The victims are currently being treated in a hospital in Mossel Bay.
The motive for the attack is unknown.
