 The search is continuing this morning for a young boy who is missing, presumed drowned at Pollock Beach in Port Elizabeth.

Police Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says 12-year-old Cohan Maart of Uitenhage disappeared after being caught in a strong rip current at the beach yesterday.

Labans says that in another drowning incident, the body of a 23-year-old man from Walmer Township man was washed up on the beach at Sardinia Bay late last evening.
Labans named the victim as 23-year-old Siyabonga Stuurman.
