Fugitive couple Noel and Tania Solomons have abandoned their bid for bail in the Port Elizabeth Magistrates court.
The Stellenbosch couple, who are accused of stealing valuables from show houses across the Eastern and Western Cape, face more than 20 charges at this stage.
Its alleged that they visited show houses pretending to be interested buyers, but instead helped themselves to people's jewellery and other belongings.
During their arrest in Summerstrand earlier in August police seized stolen goods including jewellery and perfume.
Their case was postponed today to the 23rd of September.
