The wife of ANC chief whip Stone Sizani, Nontuthuzelo Sizani has a year to prepare for the fraud and money laundering case against her, after the case was postponed to the 18th of August next year in the Port Elizabeth Commercial Crimes court on Tuesday morning.
On the 5th of August, she could not attend court proceeding because of a "medical condition" which could not be disclosed to the public or the State.
Sizani was arrested last December for allegedly defrauding the Eastern Cape Education Department of more than R1.2 million.
The charges relate to the false appointment of several people as Grade R practitioners in various schooling institutions in Nelson Mandela Bay from 2009.
