The body of the missing Nicola Pienaar has been found buried at the residence of a 32-year-old man in Paarl.
Western Cape police spokesperson, Captain FC Van Wyk says the investigation team was led to the premises by the suspect, who pointed out a secluded area in the yard, where the body was found buried under rubble.
The 28-year old Pienaar was reported missing by her mother over three weeks ago.
Police spokesperson, FC Van Wyk says police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the murder.
The 32-year-old suspect is due to appear before the Paarl Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Pienaar's boyfriend 32-year-old Jacobus Oosthuzen was arrested while in possession of her vehicle at a fast food outlet in Port Elizabeth two weeks ago.
Oothuizen told police that they had been traveling together to PE but that he dropped her off in Oudtshoorn on the 7th of this month following an argument.
He appeared in the PE magistrate's court last week on a charge of motor vehicle theft, where the case was transferred to the Paarl Magistrates Court.
