The bodies of the two South Africans who were killed in a terror attack in Somalia have been brought home.
State-owned arms company Denel said on Friday that the remains of the 41-year-old Morne' Lotter, from Oudtshoorn, will be cremated in George on Tuesday.
Denel spokesperson, Vuyelwa Qinga, says this will be followed by a memorial service in Oudtshoorn next Wednesday.
She says the family of 53-year-old Alan Simpson of Port Elizabeth have not yet finalised funeral arrangements.
The two Denel employees tragically lost their lives while working at a UN compound in Mogadishu where Denel Mechem provided camp maintenance services in support of the UN's peace-keeping operations.
A third Denel employee, Isak Mohammed Osman, a Somali national also died in the attack.
