Biker killed on PE highway

Police in Port Elizabeth are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a man was killed on his bike on Wednesday morning.

Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the 56-year-old lost control of his motorbike at around 11 am on the N2 freeway near Carbon Black.

She says no other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The man died on the scene.

The victim was identified as Alan (Carl) Norris from Richmond Hill.
