A man was killed in a motorbike accident in Port Elizabeth on Tuesday morning.
Police Spokesperson Captain Janse van Rensburg says police were called to the accident scene in Cape Road at around 7am.
The accident had happened where Cape Road joins up with the N2 Highway near Westering.
The deceased, who is a middle-aged man, had no form of identification on him.
The motorbike had a Northern Cape registration number.
Captain Janse van Rensburg says it's unclear at this stage if another vehicle was involved in the accident.
Police have since been given a possible name for the victim and are now waiting for a family member to do a formal identification.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact their nearest police station.
