Port Elizabeth police have arrested two suspects and seized cocaine and other drugs with a street value of R5m.
Police spokesperson, warrant officer Dumile Gwavu, says police were acting on a tip-off when they stopped a black VW Polo on the Addo Road on Wednesday.
He says when the vehicle was searched drugs such as cocaine and others were found in sealed food boxes.
The vehicle was also seized and the suspects, aged 31 and 41, will appear in court soon.
The arrests were carried out by members of the Humewood drug task team.
