Bakkie filled with groceries hi-jacked in PE

 Port Elizabeth police are on a hunt for five men who hi-jacked a bakkie in KwaZakhele on Thursday morning.

Police spokesperson, Warrant-Officer Dumile Gwavu, says two foreigners were riding in the bakkie, loaded with groceries, when they were stopped.

The attackers fired a shot, but no-one was injured.

The suspects' vehicle was found abandoned in New Brighton.

The registration number for the stolen bakkie is DST 782 EC.
