Baby boy sexually assaulted in PE's northern areas

Police are searching for an unkown suspect, after a 1-year old baby boy was sexually assaulted in Booysenspark in Port Elizabeth.

WO Alwin Labans says the baby was sleeping between his mother and father in their bed, and when they woke up at around 3 o'clock on Saturday morning, the child was missing.

He says a stable door was partially opened.

Labans says the baby was later found alive behind the clinic in Booysenspark.
