The trial of Port Elizabeth businessman, Naadir Abader, who is accused of assaulting his former girlfriend, Josca Human is expected to start in the Port Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 33-year-old Naadir Abader is facing a charge of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm as well as malicious damage to property.
This follows the alleged assault of 25-year-old beautician and local radio presenter Josca Human who laid a charge in June.
Photographs of Humans injuries went viral on social media.
Abader who is out on bail of R500 is represented by Lawyer Danie Gouws.
