East London police have arrested four men suspected of being involved in recent armed robberies in Mdantsane.
Police captain Mluleki Mbi says they recovered three 9mm pistols, mandrax tablets with an estimated street value of R3000, two laptops, a plasma TV, digital camera, MP3 play station and Computer speakers.
Captain Mbi says they received valuable information from the community to help nab the suspects.
They face charges in the Mdantsane Magistrates Court of being in possession unlicensed fire arms, drugs and suspected stolen property.
