Police in Cradock are searching for five suspects who robbed a spaza shop in Lingelihle Township on Monday night of of undisclosed amount of money.
Police captain Stefani Smith, says five men, three carrying guns, entered the shop at around 9pm.
She says they threatened the shop owner and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the safe before fleeing.
The owner, who was tied up by the men, manged to free himself and call the police.
A case of business robbery is under investigation.
