Police in East London are searching for four armed suspects who robbed a jewellery shop in Berea on Thursday.
Spokesperson Captain Nkosikho Mzuku says the men entered the store, held the staff at gunpoint and fled with a large quantity of jewellery.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are not clear at this stage.
Captain Mzuku says detectives are following all possible leads that can assist in cracking the case.
Anyone with information about the suspects is requested to contact the police.
