Garden Route police are still searching for three armed men who robbed two employees at the Quikfin credit supplier in George.
Police spokesperson Captain Malcolm Pojie says the two workers went to draw a large sum of money in Mitchell Street on Monday when they were accosted by three suspects.
He says the suspects grabbed the money from the backseat of their vehicle before firing a shot.
A 27-year-old man was shot in the leg and transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Captain Pojie says the suspects fled in a silver coloured Sedan that is yet to be identified.
He says a case of armed robbery and attempted murder is under investigation.
